Role Overview:
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our inventory is processed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with our logistics team to maintain high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock with high accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and data entry.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and a positive attitude are essential.
