Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting products and preparing them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the full shift.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
