Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Manage inventory within the warehouse, including scanning, sorting, and stocking products.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in packaging and preparing orders for local and regional delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we train).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
