Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely distribution.
- Manage inventory through accurate picking, packing, and stock replenishment processes.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment responsibly, including RF scanners and inventory management software.
- Prepare shipments by labeling, wrapping, and organizing packages for carrier pickup.
- Clean and organize work areas daily to ensure a productive and safe environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be ready for immediate start.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
