Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and restock shelves to ensure product availability during peak weekend hours.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipment accuracy against packing lists.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to maintain a seamless workflow and high productivity standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and quality control measures to minimize errors and accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
