Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong reliability record with a focus on punctuality.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
