Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Accuracy: Verify incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies; pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including packing slips and inventory logs.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required (we train qualified candidates).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
