Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations: Efficiently pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required by training and certification.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or defects before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates for immediate hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS) quickly.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
