Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate equipment to load and unload trailers and trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and stock verification to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure workspace.
- Organization: Keep storage areas organized and clean to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for 8-hour shifts.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for inventory counting and picking.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the Seattle location.
