Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety guidelines.
- Prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, and loading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory and safety documentation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
