Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting items and preparing them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in the receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (10-hour shifts).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
