Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to manage inventory.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Package and label products securely for distribution.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Keep workstations and aisles clean and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and scanning.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
