As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is processed quickly and accurately during our peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to streamline operations and resolve any logistics issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic Math: Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
