Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to meet daily volume targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse area is organized, clean, and adheres to safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the team lead to resolve workflow issues and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
