Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Picking & Packing: Select and pack orders with precision to ensure 100% accuracy and meet shipping deadlines.
- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare and verify outbound shipments, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy regarding inventory counts and order fulfillment.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
