Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock rotation, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipping with speed and accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA and safety protocols.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (weekend shift).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and reliable transportation.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills to understand instructions.
