Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages and ensure proper storage.
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to meet daily KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts (Friday night shift optional).
- Physically fit; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
