Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to optimize workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
