Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform inventory counts and record data accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday).
- Basic math skills for inventory and ticketing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
