Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy rates.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks securely using proper material handling techniques.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory purposes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
