Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflows.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Complete daily shift reports and log any equipment maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Friday through Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
