Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and stage merchandise using industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify inventory against purchase orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers to ensure timely fulfillment of daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; on-the-job training provided for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
