Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with proper certification.
- Organization: Keep storage areas organized and clean to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety logs and inventory sheets.
- Forklift Certification: Prior experience or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
