Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Sort, organize, and inventory incoming and outgoing stock with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff on weekend protocols and safety procedures.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable and available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
