Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory: Perform accurate cycle counts, stock checks, and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials throughout the facility.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy to meet daily targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of clutter to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Full Time schedule).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting; strong attention to detail.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus.
