Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock according to established safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track shipments and update inventory records.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation and labeling of customer orders for shipping.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must be available to work full-time hours exclusively on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
