Responsibilities
- Freight Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Control: Perform accurate stock counts and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Packaging & Labeling: Ensure all shipments are securely packed, labeled, and ready for dispatch.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and resolve discrepancies with the accuracy team.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other associates to meet daily targets.
- Compliance Adherence: Strictly follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred; we provide on-the-job training.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in both data entry and physical handling tasks.
