Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Organize, sort, and maintain inventory stock in accordance with company standards.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable history of attendance and punctuality.
- Valid ID: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
