Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages and freight efficiently using conveyor belts, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse ensuring accurate stock levels and proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and update order statuses.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in general maintenance duties within the warehouse facility as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
