Responsibilities
- Execute efficient receiving, sorting, and stocking of inbound inventory with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Prepare and package customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and secure.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain stock integrity.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and walking on concrete floors.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
