Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers using proper lifting techniques.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
