Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Inspect packages for damage and resolve any shipping discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire (training provided).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
