Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and managing inventory discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Load & Unload:** Efficiently load and unload trailers and trucks using proper equipment and techniques.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for a full-time schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on attendance and punctuality.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
