Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, palletize, and stage merchandise for shipment and delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock against shipping logs with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks within strict timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and inventory coordinators regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a full-time basis.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
