Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily throughput targets and quality assurance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
