Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
