Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging for transit.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time shifts on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
