Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with high precision and attention to detail.
- Package, label, and prepare products for transport to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and storage areas to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and inventory managers regarding stock levels and shipment status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift with proper lifting techniques.
- Basic math skills required for accurate inventory counting and stock management.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
