Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining organized warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and RF scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time consistently.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for inventory counts.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting errors in data or merchandise.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Valid ID: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
