Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with a focus on speed and precision.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing stock.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company quality standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is highly preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving company vehicles is required).
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new processes.
