Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders and prepare packages for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles clear and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to adhere to a consistent weekend schedule.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail to minimize errors in order processing.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
