Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to 5S standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Ensure all customer orders are processed with the highest level of care and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (or specific weekend blocks).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
