Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a positive team dynamic and meeting daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
