Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within compliance standards.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock management to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Verify shipment details and resolve discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
