Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update order status in real-time.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and processing transactions.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
