Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check, count, and record stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Customer Service: Assist in the processing of customer orders and resolve any shipment discrepancies promptly.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspections and maintenance on warehouse equipment and report issues.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior logistics experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
