Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: accurately scan and verify incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by sorting and shelving merchandise.
- Packaging: Properly package and label products to ensure safe delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including holidays as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
