Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against packing slips.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and maintain a clean work area to optimize efficiency.
- Quality Control: Identify damaged products and report them immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- License: Valid driver's license and current driver's insurance is a plus.
