Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality before processing.
- Prepare and pack customer orders efficiently, utilizing proper packing materials and techniques.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems (certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with team leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper securing of cargo.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in the Las Vegas area.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
