Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate data entry into our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as certified or trained.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Load Management: Efficiently load and unload trailers, verifying shipment contents against packing slips.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles organized, clean, and free of debris to ensure operational flow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using scanning technology.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team.
